My Story in short....
So proud!
Pre corona I didnt workout. I was depressed and didn't see a future. I gained weight and had 0,0 energy.
During all the lockdowns I had time to battle my depression in my own pace and started to walk. 500m... that was all i could do. But I went outside and walked. It made me loose 17kg
October 2021 I did my first HYROX doubles, 2:14 as time and i didn't do much. it was walking and trying every workout but my buddy did most of it.
March 2022, 2 years after my lowest point in life, 7 months after a surgery and +10kg, I did my 2nd HYROX. 2:04 as time. I ran more and did more of the workouts. It felt so good to do this event with my best friend.
And now. I am training for my first solo HYROX, october 2022 in Amsterdam. I "run" 2 times a week. Do 2×crossfit, 2×HYROX practice and some other training during the week. I like it and see the progress. And am losing weight again;)
My best friend is coaching me with running and I start to believe that i can do this! (Even if it takes me 4 hours).
I am glad, I got a chance to fight and that i found something that gives me the feeling of Fun, Joy and being proud! I still have a long way to go. But looking back... I already came so far!
